Return Policy:

Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery only in case a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. You can raise this by writing to the support team at contact@thedude.com. We will require photos of the invoice and product(s) to further process such cases.

THE DUDE will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.

An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.

Exchange:

We offer size exchanges only for the apparel category. For such a change, the customer must raise a complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Things to keep in mind for exchange:

• Exchange is allowed only for the same product.
• Product should be intact and unused.
• Exchange will be allowed only once.
• Please ensure tags are intact.
• Items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
• An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.

Refund:

Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization.
Your refund will be credited to your account within 4–8 days after initiation. Please note the actual credit time depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and couriers (for cheques).

For both cancelled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) used for the purchase.
